The client(s)' goals/wishes are my number one priority;


I am focused on providing a customized level of service for each individual client.  

I am not "automated". When you call me, I answer. When an agent calls with questions or requests for showings on your property, I answer. I do not re-route anyone to a virtual assistant.  I don't have a Menu of Services for you to select from, as I don't believe in providing only partial care. I am a Full-Service Realtor, and you as my client are my priority. Plain and simple.


When selling your home:  

I understand that individuality is of utmost importance. There are no two homes exactly alike; nor are any circumstances that come along with the home exactly alike. I will work with you to identify the uniqueness and the desirability of your property to create a marketing strategy attractive to potential buyers. Coupled with that, sellers should understand that buyers don't see your home the way you do. My goal is to make your home appealing to its ideal audience which, obviously, will help you get the best offers.

Our expertise in preparing your home for sale, whether it's painting, flooring, power washing, landscaping, staging, etc. can go a long way in getting your home Sold. We do our best to take the stress off of you by either doing it ourselves or referring you to our trusted vendors who are more than capable of getting the job done extremely well, and in a timely manner! Keep in mind that at the top of the list is Staging. Our team is more than capable of beautifully staging most homes, the final decision will depend on size and location. (We're all about honesty here.)

While most sellers think that a print ad in the newspaper is pretty cool, we now know that over 75% of buyers surf the internet to look for their new home. We have the resources available and utilize them in the majority of our listings to "blast" your property's photos & video over the internet through multiple social media channels, immediately and consistently. I would appreciate the opportunity to have this conversation with you more in-depth and privately.

Secondly, you have two initial decisions to make: You can tell us your preferences, we can set you up on a Listing Alert based on the information that you've given us and you will be sent listings through the MLS; OR we can help you create a Listing Alert through SearchHomesOahu where you have full control over the criteria; how often you receive alerts; and you're able to change/delete/edit/add different searches to your heart's content.  

Also know that we will personally be there with you through the entire process.
